November 2014: Bluehouse completed the sale of 1BPS office building in Sofia, Bulgaria to the “Bulgarian Real Estate Fund”, a REIT listed on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.  1BPS is located in Business Park Sofia, which is considered to be one of the most prominent office locations in Sofia. When Bluehouse acquired the building, in October 2005, it was in need of significant repositioning. Since its acquisition, the building was successfully repositioned by improving its tenant mix, achieving full occupancy. In addition, 1BPS was awarded Green accreditation by BREEAM, in line with Bluehouse’s commitment to high environmental achievement as a means to add value.

Euromarket won the award for the “Best BREEAM in USE building of the Year” at the 4th Annual EuropaProperty CEE Investment & Green Building Awards that took place in Warsaw on October 30th. Euromarket is an office building in Krakow, Poland, which was acquired by Bluehouse in 2013.  A number of other Bluehouse assets were nominated for the “BREEAM in Use 2014” category including: Eurocenter (Czech Republic), Interspar Znojmo (Czech Republic) and Park Inn (Bulgaria), underscoring the firm's commitment to high sustainability achievement.

Victoria Center, a class A office building in Bucharest, Romania was recently named by Ziarul Financiar, a leading Romanian pub¬lication, as Bucharest’s most appealing office building. With rentable area of below 10,000 square meters, Victoria received top marks for technical specifications, accessibility, space efficiency, operational efficiency, vis¬ibility and design, management service quality, building and neighborhood facilities, price/quality ratio, positive parking rate and the reputation of existent tenants.

Bluehouse won the “Investor of the Year” award at the 9th annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards Gala. The event celebrated the region’s ever-changing commercial real estate market and highlighted some of the best and most accomplished companies, projects and professionals for 2013. Bluehouse was chosen by members of EuropaProperty’s esteemed SEE Real Estate Awards Academy, and was recognized for its continued market success in the region.

Bluehouse completed the acquisition of the Euromarket office building in Kraków, the second largest city in Poland. Euromarket, located at Jasnogorska Street in Kraków, is a five-story building offering approximately 10,600 sqm of modern office space and over 1,600 sqm of retail space. Euromarket was designed with modern architectural and technical solutions and the property was completed in 2001. The building provides tenants with high quality technical solutions such as BMS, suspended ceilings, air-conditioning, a full range of telecommunication services, 24-hour building monitoring and security systems. The main tenants are BP Europe and CanPack SA.

Bluehouse completed the acquisition of a Tesco anchored retail park in Budapest, Hungary. The property is situated in the 3rd district of Budapest, on Besci Avenue, one of the busiest arteries in Budapest. The property offers 12,335 sqm of GLA, leased to Tesco, while a small strip of shops, opposite to the hypermarket includes furniture, restaurants, and a playground.
